// Overview
Neovarch Agent is a desktop app for Windows and Linux with its own agent core that runs right on your PC, keeping its data separately in ~/.neovarch. The Android app pairs with your PC over a QR code on your local network, so you can chat, approve commands, and check the task board from your phone. All of the code is open on GitHub.

Describe the task in plain language. The agent reads and edits files, runs terminal commands, and explains each step before it acts. Every session is saved in the sidebar so you can pick it up again, and risky commands wait for your approval.

Turn on Settings ▸ Remote / Perangkat on your PC, then scan the QR code with the Android app. The phone connects to port 9319 with a token, over the same Wi‑Fi or through Tailscale/WireGuard. The phone app has four tabs: Chat, Tugas (a Kanban board), Setujui (command approvals with Android notifications), and PC.

The agent keeps notes about you and your projects and carries them into the next session. Skills are saved instructions the agent can write for itself after a complex task, then reuse later. Everything lives in ~/.neovarch, kept apart from any other agent installed on the same PC.

Pick a provider and model in Settings ▸ Model: any OpenAI-compatible provider, such as OpenRouter or OpenAI, or an endpoint of your own, like a local model server. Your API key stays on your PC. Neovarch runs no servers of its own; conversations go only to the model provider you choose.

The Kantor (Office) view shows every agent running on your PC as an employee in a 3D office. Each agent has its own desk and persona, with a name, a role, a live status, and the ticket it's working on.

Working, waiting for approval, error, or idle shows as a color above each agent's head, with the latest activity alongside.

Arrange agents in an org chart, set a mission and goals, then break them into projects and tickets for agents to work through. Hires and finished work wait for your approval, and every employee has a budget cap.

In the Android app, the Perusahaan screen holds the org chart, tickets, approvals, costs, and plans. Approve work, adjust budgets, or hire a new employee from anywhere.

Every file comes from the v1.3.0 release on GitHub. Install the desktop app first, then the phone app if you want to control it remotely.

Per-user installer, no admin rights needed. Installs to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\NeovarchAgent and adds the neovarch command.

Requires GTK 3, NSS, ALSA, and libsecret. The one-line installer puts it in ~/.local/share/neovarch-agent and adds an app menu entry.

A remote for your PC; it doesn't run an agent of its own. Sideload it, then scan the QR code from Settings ▸ Remote / Perangkat on your PC.
macOS is coming soon. Linux ARM64 and iOS aren't released yet.

The phone app is written in Flutter and lives in the lib/ folder of the same repo. Releases are built by GitHub Actions from version tags.
